Refund policy

Draft. The company details are being filled in.
For customers of shops that sell with Vablus, on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, website chat or a shop page, however the order was paid.
1. What every customer can count on
- If an order paid through Receivly never arrives, arrives damaged, or is not what was described, you get your money back in full. The shop page says when Receivly takes the payment.
- However you paid, the shop must deliver what you paid for or refund you. Each shop shows its own rules for other returns, such as a change of mind, on its shop page.
- Contact the shop first. Its name, number and order number are on your receipt.
- If the shop does not answer within 3 working days, write to [support email] with the order number. We contact the shop and reply to you within 5 working days.
2. Paid through Receivly
- The shop asks for the refund in Receivly. Receivly issues it through Paystack within 2 working days of the request, or tells the shop why not.
- Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show them.
- A refund can be full or part of what was paid, never more.
- The full rules, including disputes with your bank, are in the Receivly terms.
3. Paid to the shop's own Paystack account
- The shop issues the refund from its own Paystack account.
- If it does not, contact us as in part 1. We can pause a shop that does not deliver or refund.
4. Bank transfer to the shop, or cash on delivery
- The money went to the shop, so the shop refunds you directly.
- Keep your transfer receipt or the delivery note. It helps if you need us to step in.
5. Fees and delivery
- When an order is refunded in full because of the shop, you get back what you paid, including delivery.
- For a change-of-mind return, the shop's own rules say who pays to send it back.
